Ten rooms face a small indoor patio with a skylight and nine overlook Eugenio Sue Street. The three Grand Deluxe Junior Suites, with large terraces, have been designed for outdoor relaxation and are considered the crown jewel of the property.

The surface area of the rooms and suites ranges from 22 m2 (236.806 ft2) and 78 m2 (839.585 ft2) to accommodate 2 to 4 people, or in other cases up to 5 guests, depending on the category chosen, in interconnected Junior Suites.

The three exclusive Grand Deluxe Junior Suites, located on the third floor of the hotel, are known as the Alexander Grand Deluxe Junior Suite, the Alest Grand Deluxe Junior Suite, and the Estefania Grand Deluxe Junior Suite, and have their own terraces adorned by the lush trees on quiet Eugenio Sue Street and exuberant fruit trees and fragrant plants. Their surface area ranges from 51.89 m2 (558.539 ft2) to 78 m2 (831.68 ft2).
