The cocktails designed by experts exclusively for 45, the bar at The Alest Hotel, are inspired by notable figures that the streets of Polanco are named after, and have been created to awaken the mind, heart and soul of those who sips them, just like these thinkers, authors and scientists did through their works and events that transformed humanity.
The menu was designed by the internationally recognized Limantour cocktail bar, and includes national and international wines and premium spirits, as well as an interesting range of traditional Mexican drinks.
